“Where does all the stress go?”

In this interactive workshop we will look to our internal landscape, with the intention of bringing kind awareness to places in the body that are harboring unprocessed experiences, thoughts, feelings, emotions and stress. Ayurvedic Medicine refers to these havens of fear and frozen information as Khavaigunya, or defective space. We will work with embodiment practices that bring light to these, the weakest, areas in the body, as well as techniques to stimulate and support the natural processing of information and the integration of the peripheral and central nervous system.
